I’ve always loved to bake. Give me a kitchen and a few ingredients and all is right in my world! So a few years ago I set out to make homemade granola for the sake of knowing exactly what my husband and kids were snacking on. Not too much sugar, plenty of raw nuts, healthy grains, no salt. Eventually I came up with a recipe my family loved even though I felt like something was missing. Then one day I become a beekeeper because, you know, why not? Shortly after extracting my first harvest of honey I realized what my granola was missing. Pure, raw honey! After more than a few bee stings and with the encouragement of some family and friends, me and a few hundred thousand of my closet friends (they all buzz), are proud to offer you this small batch granola made fresh and with lots of heart.
