Orange is one of my favorite flavors of all time. I grew up surrounded by orange groves as a kid, so I’m happy to finally incorporate my favorite fruit into this granola. Freshly grated orange zest pairs perfectly with sweetened tart Montmorency cherries. Raw cashews, almonds, and pepitas add the perfect bit of crunch, and I’ve included a touch of raw coconut for extra texture. It’s all sweetened with raw, unfiltered honey.
