Though our specialty has been small‑batch granola and honey, a few years ago we decided to share Sweet Nonna’s “almost‑famous” Italian Almond Cookies at our local farmer’s market. Each cookie, made completely from scratch with rich almond paste and the freshest ingredients, were an instant hit. They sold out immediately and have become a favorite ever since. Our cookies are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority to arrive within 2 to 3 days to maximize freshness. Orders received after 9 p.m. Tuesday evening (EST) may not ship until the following Monday to avoid your cookies sitting over the weekend with the shipping carrier. Also, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
When your cookies arrive they may want to cool off. Or, maybe you’ll just eat them. However, they keep well in the fridge or freezer to maximize freshness.
